Public Health Regulations (Cap. 28.36.1).

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, prescribe rules relative to hygienic conditions in public places, private places and in food premises. The Regulations also prescribe some standards in respect to the use of water for the manufacture and bottling of aerated water and the making of ice-cream and grant powers to a sanitary inspector to close wells that are injurious to health and to prohibit the sale of any meat, fish, poultry, fruit, vegetables and other foods of any kind whatsoever that in his or her opinion are unfit for human consumption.
