Water Supply Act (Cap.32.32).

This Act makes provision with respect to the supply of water in Tuvalu and related purposes. The Minister may appoint an Authority for purposes of this Act. The Authority may carry out specified waterworks for purposes of water supply. The Act also defines offences in relation with pollution or waste of water, allows the Minister to declare water reserves for the protection or conservation of any water catchment area, or otherwise to secure to Tuvalu or any part thereof adequate and pure supplies of water and provides with respect to the supply of water.
