Abstract
The Fund shall be under the management and control of a Board of Trustees established by this Act. The Board of Trustees shall be a body corporate and shall also advise the Minister on the policy of the Fund. The Fund shall: (a) make available loans, on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine, to finance the importation and distribution of agricultural inputs; (b) finance consultancy services or technical assistance in relation to aquisition, distribution and use of agricultural inputs; (c) pay for the costs of administering the Fund (sect. 5).
