Abstract
This Act establishes the Agricultural Development Fund in section 3, defines its purposes in section 4 and its functions in section 5. The Fund shall finance, by way of loans, grant, procurement, investment or other funding, means for the development of agriculture. The Cooperative and Rural Development Bank shall administer the Fund as a Special Fund in accordance with the Cooperative and Rural Bank Act, 1971.
