College of African Wildlife (Amendment) Act (No. 39 of 1974).

This Act amends the College of African Wildlife Management Act, 1964 by granting the Minister powers to give directions of general character to the Governing body of the College of African Wildlife Management as to the exercise and performance by the Governing Body of its functions. The Governing Body shall put at the disposal of the Minister facilities to check on the property and activities of the College. The other amendments concern factors to be taken into account in making appointments of members of the Governing Body and its composition.
