Abstract
This Act amends the Executive Agencies Act: in sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12 and 17; by repealing section; and by adding sections 9A, 9B and 9C. The amendments concern the administration, management and internal organization of executive agencies. Sections 9A, 9B and 9C concern appointment, tenure of office, functions etc. of the Chief Executive of an executive agency.
