Fertilizers (Amendments) Regulations, 2018.

These Regulations, consisting of 5 articles, amend the original Regulations by eliminating the requirement to pay fees outlined in the Second Schedule. Specifically, the amendments remove all references to fees for licensing a sterilizing or manufacturing plant (Regulation 6), for the issuance of a fertilizer dealer license (Regulation 13), and for the registration fee mentioned in Regulation 11. The Second Schedule itself is repealed and replaced by a new schedule.
