Forest (Amendments) Regulations, 2017 (G.N. No.255 of 2017).

These Regulations consisting of 2 articles amend the original text by replacing the following two Schedules(i) Schedule 8 concerning fees for permits, licenses, certificates for operating recreational facilities in forest reserves, detailed according to the different activities; (ii) Schedule 14 on fee rates for permits, licenses or certificate for felling trees, collecting forest produce and other services.
