Mining (Minerals and Mineral Concentrates Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 (GN No. 418 of 2022).

These Regulations consisting of 5 articles amend the original Regulations as follows (i) adding new definitions for “licensed broker for industrial minerals or building material” and "Point of Sale Machine (POS Machine)"; (ii) introducing rules for applying, granting, and renewing broker licenses for building materials or industrial minerals; (iii) providing for temporary permits for the sale or removal of building materials, including conditions and fees; (iv) requiring permits to transport tailings or loaded carbon, with penalties for non-compliance.
