Mining (Minerals and Mineral Concentrates Trading) (Amendments) Regulations, 2019 (GN No. 138 of 2019).

These Regulations, comprising 7 articles, amend the original Regulations by (i) revising Article 3 to empower the Commission to appoint a resident mines officer and one of its directors as authorized signatories for issuing mineral export permits, granting them the authority of the Executive Secretary; (ii) replacing the term "dealer" with "broker" throughout; and (iii) updating certain references to the Schedules.
