Abstract
There shall be levied a cess known as forest produce cess from timber and log harvested in the area of jurisdiction of the Mogoro District Council (by-law 3). No person with a licence shall remove logs and timber from the site of felling and sawing or transport logs and timber within and outside the District without a written permit as described in the Second Schedule (by-law 5).
