Abstract
These By-laws provide for the prevention of water pollution in the area to which they apply and require residents owning a plot of land to plant trees on the area in accordance with directions laid down in the First Schedule or directions given by the Council. Felling, uprooting or damaging of trees and the causing of grass fires is either prohibited or restricted. (16 by-laws completed by 3 Schedules)
