Abstract
This Act amends the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Ordinance in section 4 regarding the power of the Minister to appoint the Conservator and Assistant-Conservators of the Conservation Area. Section 20 is amended so as to transfer powers to prosecute from officers of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Conservator and Assistant-Conservators.
