One Stop Border Posts Act, 2015 (No. 17 of 2015).

This Act provides for the establishment within the United Republic of one stop border posts. One Stop Border Post" means a border post established under an agreement between the United Republic and an adjoining State and includes control zones. The relevant legislation listed in the Schedule shall be applicable throughout One Stop Border Posts and shall be the basis for border control operations. Relevant legislation includes the Standards Act, the Export Control Act, the Agricultural Products (Control of Movement) Act, the Tanzania Food, drugs and Cosmetics Act, the Plant Protection Act and the Wildlife Conservation Act.
