Public Private Partnership Regulations, 2011 (G.N. No. 165 of 2011).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Public Private Partnership Act in respect to a wide variety of matters including: identification of projects that may be undertaken by the public sector in partnership with the private sector; feasibility studies; appointment of project officers; selection of projects; recommendation of projects by the Contracting Authority; other procedures for the approval and preparation of projects; procurements by the Contracting Authority for purposes of a project; negotiation and agreement with a successful bidder; and implementation and termination of projects.
