Registration of Forest Produce Dealers and Traders Order, 1995 (G.N. No. 508 of 1995).

Every dealer and every trader in forest produce shall register with the Chief Conservator before dealing or trading in forest produce (art. 2). The registration procedure shall be as spelt out in the Certificate of registration form attached to the Schedule to this Order (art. 3). (Schedule: The holder of the Certificate shall maintain a daily register of stock separately for the forest produce concerned and the register shall be shown on demand to the Senior Forest Officer)
