Abstract
Regulation 4 and Schedule 1 provide for grades, grade names and standards for specified kinds of seeds. Regulation 5 specifies additional requirements applicable to all seeds. Regulation 6 restricts the use of variety names. Marking and labelling requirements are set out in regulations 7 to 19. Crop inspection of a seed-field shall be confined to crops for the production of seed approved by the Chief Certification Officer for inspection (reg. 20). (Completed by 3 Schedules and 20 tables)
