Abstract
These By-laws concern the management of domestic refuse (by-law 4), trade refuse (by-law 5) and hazardous waste (by-law 6) and night soil (by-law 15) in the area under the jurisdiction of the Temeke Municipal Commission. The Commission, being the Authority under these by-laws shall be responsible for collection and disposal of domestic and trade waste. Hazardous waste shall be handled in accordance with directives of the Authority (by-law 6).
