Abstract
The Seeds of the species of plants specified in the Schedule are hereby prescribed as weed seeds for the purposes of establishing grade standards under the Seeds (Regulation of Standards) Act, 1973. Specified are three classes of weed seeds: prohibited noxious weed seeds (Class 1), restricted noxious weed seeds (Class 2), common noxious weed seeds (Class 3). (2 sections and a Schedule)
