Wildlife Conservation (Compounding of Offences) (Forms) Regulations, 2012 (G.N No. 208 of 2012).

These Regulations concern compounding of offences pursuant to the provisions of section 116 of the Wildlife Conservation Act. Where an offence is compounded an officer compounding an offence shall draw out a form prescribed in the Schedule, which shall be signed by both the offender and the officer compounding the offence and attested by at least one independent witness.
