Written Laws (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, 2004 (No. 19 of 2004).

This Act amends the Forest Act, 2002 in section 4. Section 4 classifies types of forests, among them local authority forest reserves, which in the Forest Act, 2002 consisted of local authority forest reserves and forests on general land. The amendment here introduced now classifies only local authority forest reserves that consist of local forest reserves as local authority forest reserves.
