Abstract
This Act amends various written laws including the Executive Agencies Act. The Executive Agencies Act is amended is section 6 by: (a) deleting subsection (3) and substituting for it the following: "(3) A principal officer from the Ministry under which the agency is established who shall be a member of the Board."; (b) deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (6) and substituting for it the following: "(a) a Chief Executive Officer from the Ministry establishing an agency;"
