Abstract
In case of a nuclear accident on the territory of one of the Parties that has caused of can cause emission of radioactive materials on the territory of the other Party, the former must timely inform the latter of the accident (art. 2). The information of the accident must contain the following data: (a) time, place and origin of the accident; (b) forecast consequences of the nuclear accident; (c) type of nuclear power station; (d) attributed or established cause of the nuclear accident; (e) type of radioactive emission; (f) evaluation of the possibility of transboundary movement of radioactive emissions; (g) arrangements under way for the protection of territory (art. 3).
