Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the sphere of promoting recreational tourism creating favourable conditions for tourist trips of citizens harmed as a result of environmental disasters. Cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange of legislative information related to tourism; (b) exchange of legislative information related to cultural heritage and natural resources; and (c) exchange of experience; and (d) advertising of tourist resources.

This Agreement entered into force in Ukraine on 09 December 2011.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for five years and shall be automatically renewed for one or more five-year periods unless, six months prior to the end of any such period, either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other.
