Agreement between the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia on cooperation in the field of agriculture.

The Parties, within their competence and in accordance with the legislation in force of the Parties, will promote the development of economic, scientific and technical cooperation in the field of agriculture and food industry. The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) plant cultivation, seed production, protection of intellectual property rights for plant varieties, quarantine and plant protection; (b) stockbreeding, pedigree stockbreeding, selection work in stockbreeding and biotechnology in stockbreeding; (c) food and processing industry; (d) veterinary practice; (e) creation of effective market structures; and (f) trade in agricultural commodities and foodstuffs on a mutually beneficial basis.
