Agreement between the State Forestry Agency of Ukraine and the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in the field of forestry.

Mutual cooperation between the Parties shall be performed in the following areas: (a) legislative, administrative, economic and social aspects of sustainable forest management, including issues related to combating illegal logging and other forest-related offenses; (b) multipurpose forest use, development of economic, social, ecological functions of forests; (c) conservation and sustainable use of the genetic resources and biological diversity of forests, protected natural areas on protected forest lands; (d) forest seeds and forest nurseries; (e) reforestation, afforestation and forest growth; (f) protection of forests against fires; (g) protection of forests against pests and diseases; (h) hunting and ecotourism; (i) forest management and monitoring of forests; (j) forest management in the forests contaminated with radionuclides; (k) upgrading and re-training of forest service staff and experts; and (l) public participation in forest management.
