Abstract
The State Inspection for the Protection of Rights to Plant Varieties of Ukraine shall acknowledge the Dutch testing system of vegetables (DUS-test) (art. 2) and the registration certificate for a plant variety issued by Plantum NL as a legal ground for recording thereof in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine (art. 3). Plantum NL shall acknowledge testing of plant varieties carried out in Ukraine in conformity with DUS-test as a legal ground for recording thereof in the Catalogue of Plant Varieties of Holland (art. 4).
