Regulation on the procedure for determining the periodicity of planned measures of state control of compliance of operators (facilities) with the requirements of legislation in the field of organic production, circulation and labelling of organic products by the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, and criteria for assessing risk from its implementation establishes the procedure for determining the frequency of planned measures of state control of compliance of operators (facilities) with the requirements of legislation in the field of organic production, circulation and labelling of organic products, which are carried out by the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Criteria for assessing the degree of risk from the operator's economic activity in the field of organic production, circulation and labelling of organic products are: (a) type of operator's activity; (b) the period of the operator's economic activity in the field of organic production, circulation and labelling of organic products; (c) the number of sectors in which the operator produces and/or trades in organic products; (d) the number of violations by the operator of the requirements of the legislation in the field of organic production, circulation and labelling of organic products, identified as a result of state control measures carried out during the last three years preceding the planning year; (e) the number of cases in which the operator applied exceptions to the requirements for organic production during the last three years preceding the planning year; and (f) availability of information from the certification body on violations of the legislation in the field of organic production, circulation and labelling of organic products detected during the last three years preceding the planning year.
