Decree No. 125 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the establishment of the Fund for partial guarantee of agricultural credits.

Regulation on the establishment of the Fund for partial guarantee of agricultural credits, which is non-bank financial institution with a special status, which is established in the organizational and legal form of a limited liability company. The founder of the Fund is the state represented by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The main purpose of the Fund is to provide support to micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in agriculture, by partially guaranteeing the fulfillment of obligations of such entities under credit agreements. The only activity of the Fund is to provide partial guarantees for credit obligations of small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in agriculture. The participants of the Fund may be the state, international financial organizations and other legal entities.
