Decree No. 727 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the criteria for assessing the degree of risk from conducting economic activity in the field of land management and determining the frequency of performance of planned state supervision (control) by the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre.

The criteria for assessing the degree of risk from conducting economic activity in the field of land management and determining the frequency of implementation of planned state supervision measures (control) include: (a) compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of land management; (b) type of documentation on land management and type of technical documentation for land valuation; and (c) development of documentation on land management. The risks of the negative consequences of conducting economic activity in the field of land management are set out in Annex 1. An exhaustive list of criteria for assessing the degree of risk from conducting economic activity in the field of land management, their indicators and the number of points for each indicator is specified in Annex 2. Planned measures of state supervision (control) for conducting economic entities in the field of land management shall be performed with the following periodicity: (a) high risk - no more than once every two years; (b) average risk - no more than once every three years; and (c) low degree of risk - not more than once every five years.
