Abstract
This procedure defines the mechanism of collection, use, dissemination of information on desertification and land degradation in order to increase the efficiency of land use and protection, prevention and avoidance of negative natural processes and phenomena. If necessary, state executive bodies submit proposals for the prevention and avoidance of negative natural processes and phenomena that cause desertification and degradation of land, minimizing their consequences.
