Joint Decree No. 262/141 of the Ministry of Interior and of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources validating the Instruction on the procedure of exchange of information for the prevention of outbreak of emergency situation and emergency response between the State Service for Emergency Situations and the State Agency for management of exclusion zone.

This Joint Decree sets forth the modalities of exchange of information for the prevention of outbreak of emergency situation and emergency response between the State Service for Emergency Situations and the State Agency for management of exclusion zone in the event of outbreak of emergency situation in the exclusion zone. The exchange of information is organized within the framework of a unified state civil protection system between the operational duty service of the state control center in emergency situations and the operational management of access control regime. Information exchange shall be performed in accordance with the following modalities: (a) daily exchange of information about the operational situation in the exclusion zone; and (b) in the emergency mode through an operational mutual notification and subsequent periodic information on the course of liquidation of the consequences of the emergency situation.
