Joint Order No. 23/17 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and of the State Committee on Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy validating the Regulation on the modalities of certification of milk production, milk raw materials and dairy products.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of certification of milk production, milk raw materials and dairy products manufactured by enterprises of all forms of property except for some rural farmers and natural persons. Certification shall be carried out by certification authority for the purpose of valuation of technical capacity of the producers and conformity of the produce with normative legal and technical requirements. Conformity certificate for milk, milk raw materials and dairy products shall be issued by certification authority after examination of the required documentation that includes register attesting the technical capacity of the producer and conformity of the produce with the requirements of normative legal acts, and also veterinary and sanitary certification regarding animals.
