Joint Order No. 24/28/18 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and of the State Committee on Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy validating the Regulation on the modalities of keeping register of the certified producers of milk, milk raw materials and dairy products.

The subjects of entrepreneurial activity of all forms of property engaged in production and processing of milk, milk raw materials and dairy products shall be recorded in register of the certified producers of milk, milk raw materials and dairy products. The register shall be introduced for the purpose of informing of the subjects of economic activity, producing or processing milk, milk raw materials and subject to compliance with the requirements set by the normative legal acts. The registration shall be carried out upon receipt of certificate issued by the authorized institution. The Register shall contain the following information: 1) registration number of the subject of entrepreneurial activity engaged in producing milk, milk raw materials and dairy products; 2) name, location, bank data and identification code; 3) date of issuance, certificate number, expiry date thereof and products’ specification.
