Joint Order No. 538/1109 of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and of the Ministry of Finance validating the Regulation on centralized procedure for accounting (registration) of extraction of oil, natural gas, gas condensate, oil filled water, as well as pumping into layers of water and gas.

This Joint Water establishes the procedure for centralized accounting (registration) of the volume of extracted oil, natural gas (natural gas, including gas dissolved in oil (petroleum (associated gas)), ethane, propane, butane, gas (methane) of coal deposits, gas shale deposits, gas of the central-basin type, gas of gas reservoirs of dense rocks), gas condensate (generally referred to as hydrocarbon raw material), associated reservoir water, as well as injection into layers of water and natural gas for each deposit and/or separate parcel of subsoil sites (separate well or group of wells) destined for implementation of investment projects (programs, contracts) with a view of increasing the production of hydrocarbon raw materials.
