Joint Order No. 80/177 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and of the Ministry of Finance validating the Regulation on expenditure of finances envisaged in state budget for performance of the arrangements for the prevention of spreading of causative agents of infectious animal diseases.

This Joint Order establishes the mechanism of utilization of finances envisaged in state budget for performance of the arrangements for the prevention of spreading of causative agents of infectious animal diseases. The scope of the aforesaid financial measures shall be improvement of epizootic and ecological situation. Beneficiaries of budgetary finances shall be specialized state enterprises performing, collection, transportation, management and disposal of carcasses of dead animals, animal waste from slaughter-houses, and poor quality and hazardous products of animal origin confiscated and removed from circulation.
