Abstract
Issue “g” of the paragraph 1 of the Article 39 shall acquire a new wording : «Wild animals in state of natural freedom present within the national territory of Ukraine, its continental shelf and EEZ, other species of animal kingdom to which is applicable the Law on wildlife and pertaining to the state property, and also wildlife species purchased in conformity with the established modalities for community wildlife management or in private ownership that are recognized as natural resources of national importance».
