Law No. 1516-IV of 2004 on the national program for the development of fisheries for the period until 2010.

Section VI regards reform of the structure and property in the fisheries. Section VII regards scientific, technical backing of the fisheries and training of personnel. Section VIII regards improvement of legislative and normative basis. Section IX establishes the sources of financing. Section X regards the expected outcome of the National program. Section XI regards control over the fulfilment of the National program. The document contains 3 Annexes. Annex 1 establishes the output of fish products and other aquatic biodiversity for the period of 1990-2003. Annex 2 regards prognoses of the output of fish products for the period of 2004-2010. Annex 3 regards distribution of finances in accordance with the stages of the realization of the National program and sources of financing.
