Abstract
Article 14 of the Law No.771/97-VR of 1997 on quality and safety of food products and food raw materials shall be amended to add the following wording: “Trade of produce without labelling with the national compliance mark if it is envisaged by the technical regulations and/or without performance of compliance procedure, envisaged by the respective technical regulations, shall be prohibited”.
