Abstract
The present Law establishes legal basis for carrying out agricultural consultation service in Ukraine, regulates relations in this sphere and is directed at the increase of well-being of rural population and development of rural areas. The Law consists of 12 articles. Article 1 introduces the main terms and notions. Article 2 regards legislation regulating consultation activity. Article 3 regards sphere of application of the present Law. Article 4 establishes the main tasks and methods of consultation activity. Article 5 regards financing of consultation activity. Article 6 regards socially oriented consultation services. Article 7 regards regulation of consultation activity. Article 8 regards state support of consultation activity. Article 9 regards register of consultants and consultation services. Article 10 regards professional training of consultants and experts-consultants. Article 11 regards qualification certificates. Article 12 imposes restriction of the use of terms “agricultural consultation service”, “agricultural consultant” and “agricultural expert-consultant”.
