Abstract
Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Zoning of the territory of biosphere reserves shall be performed in accordance with the project of organization of the territory thereof and protection of its natural complexes. The aforesaid project must contain arrangements for environmental protection, scientific research, recreational and economic activities in accordance with acting legislation and international agreements”.
