Abstract
The present Law establishes legal and organizational basis for carrying out ecological audit and is aimed at the increase of ecological substantiation and efficient activity of all economic entities. The provisions of the present Law regard all economic entities irrespectively of the forms of property and types of activity. The document consists of IV Sections that contain 27 articles. Section I (arts. 1-18) lays down general provisions. Section II (arts. 19-26) establishes the modalities of carrying out ecological audit and organization of ecological auditing activity. Section III (art. 27) regards international cooperation in the field of ecological audit. Section IV lays down final provisions.
