Law No. 2362-VIII amending Law No. 2456-XII on natural reserves.

Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The authorized bodies of state administration in the field of organization, protection and management of the nature reserve fund shall the central executive body that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of environmental protection and regional executive bodies of state administration”. Part two of the Article 47 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Administration of protected areas pertaining to nature reserve fund, and also legal and natural persons managing such areas shall be granted the right to apply environmental fees for visiting such protected areas and also list the categories of visitors exempt from payment of environmental fees. Administration of protected areas of national significance pertaining to nature reserve fund shall establish the amount of environmental fees for visiting the aforesaid areas by agreement with the central executive body, which ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of environmental protection”. Part one of the Article 62 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State control over the observance of the regime of protected areas and objects of the nature reserve fund shall be performed by the central executive body, which implements the state policy and performs state supervision (control) in the field of environmental protection, rational use, reproduction and protection of natural resources, officials of the state service of protection of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine and other state bodies authorized by law”.
