Law No. 2380-VIII amending Law No. 1264-XII on environmental protection.

Article 20 (2) establishing the competence of the central executive body, which implements the state policy on the application of state supervision (control) in the field of environmental protection, rational use, reproduction and protection of natural resources, in the field of environmental protection shall be amended to add the following wording: “Submittal of proposals for environmental assessment methods that are mandatory for use by the authorized enterprises, institutions and organizations, pertaining to its sphere of competence, to the central executive body responsible for the formation of state policy in the sphere of environmental protection”.
