Law No. 3042-VI amending Law No. 180-XIV on plant protection.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “carrying out state control of compliance with state regulations on application of pesticides and agrochemicals (growth regulators), compliance with certification quality requirements for imported plant protection means, contents of residues of pesticides, agrochemicals and heavy metals in raw materials of plant origin.” Article 21 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Law violation in relation to plant protection shall entail disciplinary, administrative, civil and criminal liability.”
