Law No. 3123-VI amending Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001).

Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Classification of land by the category shall be carried out on the basis of proposals submitted by state executive bodies, Supreme Soviet and the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local executive bodies in accordance with their respective competence.” Article 146 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Purchase of land plots owned by natural and legal persons for public needs shall be carried out in accordance with the modalities established by law.”
