Abstract
Article 38 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorization for carrying out veterinary and sanitary arrangements shall be issued within 30 days from the date of application. In case of refusal written notification shall be sent to natural and legal persons within 30 days from the date of application. Issuance of authorization, renewal and issuance of duplicate of the aforesaid authorization shall be free of charge.”
