Abstract
This Law validates mandatory list of authorizing documents for business entities performing different types of economic activities. It is prohibited to require business entities to apply for authorizing documents other than those contained in the Annex to this Law. The establishment of other types of permits in the field of economic activity may be carried out by making appropriate amendments to this Law.
