Abstract
Article 123 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of land pertaining to public or municipal ownership shall be transferred for tenancy by the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, state executive bodies or local government. The aforesaid decisions shall be made in the following cases: (a) transfer of plot of land with modification of the purposeful use thereof; and (b) land consolidation”.
