Ministerial Decree No. 185 regarding validation of the Regulation on procurement of soft resin.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of procurement of soft resin in coniferous forests and is compulsory for all permanent and temporary forest managers authorized to procure soft resin in the forests of Ukraine. The Regulation consists of 6 sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 determines sources of resin boxing. Section 3 regards allotment and transfer of plantations for resin boxing. Section 4 establishes terms and conditions for carrying out resin boxing of pine-trees. Section 5 establishes terms and conditions for carrying out resin boxing in other coniferous plantations. Section 6 establishes control over the observance of the rules of procurement of soft resin and establishes liability for the infringement thereof.
